Data Non-Disclosure Statement

Data collected from participants in the Black Forest Slash/Mulch Program will be used for statistical analysis only (names and personal information removed). Statistical data will be provide to the Colorado State Forest Service, the Community Wildfire Protection Plan Committee, El Paso County Environmental Services, and to the Slash/Mulch Committee (SAMCOM) to evaluate program success and to recruit volunteers; it will not be provided to, sold to, or in any other way disclosed to other parties, either private or commercial, for any reason.

Household Certification Statement

I declare that the slash dropped off and/or mulch picked up at the El Paso County Black Forest Slash/Mulch site is for household use, not for any type of business or commercial use. I understand that my participation in this program is based on the accuracy and truth of my foregoing declaration.
